Texas Instruments CC2640R2F/CC2640R2F-Q1 SimpleLink Wireless MCUs

Texas Instruments CC2640R2F/CC2640R2F-Q1 SimpleLink™ Ultra-Low Energy Wireless Microcontrollers (MCUs) target BLUETOOTH® 4.2 and Bluetooth 5 low energy applications. The device is a member of the SimpleLink™ ultralow-power CC26xx family of cost-effective, 2.4GHz RF devices. Very low active RF and MCU current and low-power mode current consumption provide excellent battery lifetime. The Texas Instruments CC2640R2F/CC2640R2F-Q1 allow for operation on small coin cell batteries and in energy-harvesting applications. The CC2640R2F-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
