TDK CA Series Inline MEGACAP MLCCs
TDK CA Series Inline MEGACAP Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCCs) are low-resistance modules that exhibit high capacitance through an inline structure. These capacitors provide higher mechanical endurance than conventional MLCCs and offer low height and low electrical resistance. The CA series features hybrid joints between the metal frames. They use mechanical soldering and clamping processes to prevent them from falling out, even in high-temperature reflow soldering. TDK CA Inline MEGACAP MLCCs are applicable for resonant circuits in wireless power transfer applications. The series is offered in double-type and triple-type shapes with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The lineup includes AEC-Q200 capacitors.Features
