TDK ERU27M SMD High Current Flat Wire Inductors

TDK ERU27M SMD High Current Flat Wire Inductors feature an isolated alloy powder core and flat wire helical winding. These inductors are designed for current ratings from 36A to 48A and cover a 2.3µH to 8.5µH inductance range with DC resistance as low as 0.68mΩ. The flat wire winding contributes to the compact dimensions of 27.1mm x 25.55mm, with heights from 14.1mm to 16.4mm. Additional features include magnetic shielding, robust construction, and a third pin that is not electrically connected. These AEC-Q200-qualified inductors can be used in DC-DC converters, voltage regulator modules (VRMs), and point-of-load (PoL) converters, especially in the automotive sector. TDK ERU27M inductors meet increased automotive and industrial requirements by utilizing the alloy power core material that exhibits a softer saturation characteristic than the previous core material.
