Taiwan Semiconductor TSFx01x2C Trench Schottky Rectifiers
Taiwan Semiconductor TSFx01x2C Trench Schottky Rectifiers offer excellent high-temperature stability, high efficiency, high forward surge capability, and a low forward voltage. These rectifiers feature a maximum mounting torque of 0.56Nm and operate within a temperature range of -55°C up to 150°C. The TSFx01x2C Schottky rectifiers are designed with a common cathode configuration and an approximate weight of 1.74±0.01g. These rectifiers come in an ITO-220AB case and are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. Typical applications include Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS), adapters, and DC-DC converters.Features
