Taiwan Semiconductor SMA6FxCAH/SMA6SxCAH TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified 600W, 12V to 60V surface-mount devices operating at 0.094%/°C maximum VBR. These diodes are available in unidirectional and bidirectional configurations. The SMA6FxCAH/SMA6SxCAH diodes feature IEC-61000-4-2 ESD 30kV (air), 30kV (contact), and meet ISO 7637-2 (Pulse 1/2a/2b/3a/3b). These TVS diodes are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free devices with Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) Level 1 per J-STD-020. The SMA6FxCAH/SMA6SxCAH diodes are ideal for Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS), BLDC motors, lighting, battery management systems, and automotive applications.
