Taiwan Semiconductor ES1xAL and ES1xFS Super Fast Rectifiers are available in 100V, 200V, 400V, and 600V ratings, with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. These Taiwan Semiconductor glass passivated devices offer low power loss and high efficiency in a low-profile thin SMA package, which is ideal for automated placement. Typical applications for these Super Fast Rectifiers include switching mode converters, inverters, and telecommunications.
