Syfer / Knowles X7R J-Lead MLCCs

Syfer / Knowles X7R J-Lead Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) come in a surface-mount design that offers enhanced performance under critical testing conditions such as mechanical vibration and thermal shock. These MLCCs feature an 82nF to 1500nF capacitance range and a 1VDC to 630VDC rated voltage range in two package options: 2225 (5763 metric) reversed and 2220 (5750 metric). With a -55°C to +125°C temperature range, Syfer / Knowles X7R J-Lead MLCCs are suitable for general-purpose and automotive applications where reliability and package size are important. Typical applications include battery management, electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid EVs (HEVs), and wireless charging resonant tanks.
