Swissbit F-75 CFast™ Cards

Swissbit F-75 CFast™ cards combine the CompactFlash™ (CF) card form factor and the Serial ATA (SATA) interface into a single product. These cards use industrial-grade 3D NAND and a high-end SATA 6Gb/s controller with DRAM support, combining high performance, low latency, and high endurance. The F-75 CFast™ cards replace HDDs and CompactFlash™ cards in small form factors, offering high endurance and resistance to shock, vibration, and extreme temperatures (-40°C to +85°C). These cards feature a capacity range of 32GB to 512GB and an operating voltage of 3.3V ±5%. Designed with reliability, ruggedness, and security in mind, and supports end-to-end data path protection, SRAM ECC, AES 256, and TCG Opal 2 for maximum data protection.

The F-75 cards are developed for read-intensive or mixed workloads and excellent endurance. Optimized FW algorithms for high read access and long data retention, including sophisticated power-fail management, near-Miss ECC technology, read disturb and data-care management, and advanced wear-leveling. The F-75 CFast™ cards are ideal for industrial embedded systems, PLCs, automation, data logging, casino gaming, and other demanding use-case applications.
