SiTime SiT9120 Standard Frequency Differential Oscillator
SiTime SiT9120 Standard Frequency Differential Oscillators cover thirty-one standard frequencies from 25MHz to 212.5MHz and offer LVPECL and LVDS output signaling types. These oscillators provide industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges, and industry-standard packages: 3.2mm x 2.5mm, 5mm x 3.2mm, and 7mm x 5mm. These package sizes enable drop-in replacement of quartz, SAW, and overtone oscillators without broad changes. SiT9120 oscillators are field programmable, allowing any combination of voltage, frequency stability, and package within the operating range. Specifications include a 0.6ps integrated RMS phase jitter, meeting 1GbE to 10GbE jitter requirements, and ±10ppm, ±20ppm, ±25ppm, and ±50ppm frequency stability options.
