SECO QB03-DISS-3-I-PK Heat Sink (Active) is designed for the heat dissipation of the Q7-B03 highly integrated modules. This Q7-B03 module operates at high frequencies that lead to high heat generation. The QB03-DISS-3-I-PK heat sink maintains the CPU within the allowed temperature range. The SECO QB03-DISS-3-I-PK heat sink is used as a supplemental means of transferring heat to other dissipation systems like heat sinks, fans, and heat pipes. An application-dependent cooling system should be designed to keep the heat sink temperature within the indicated range of the module. This cooling solution should be developed after evaluating the workload of the processor in the actual system application.
