SECO Q962-DISS-2-C-PK Heat Sink (Passive)

SECO Q962-DISS-2-C-PK Heat Sink (Passive) is designed for the μQ7-962 for the commercial, solo, and DualLite versions. The μQ7-962 modules offer high performance and come in small dimensions. The small size and high operating frequency of the μQ7-962 modules cause high heat generation. The Q962-DISS-2-C-PK heat sink from SECO dissipates the heat in order to maintain the CPU within the allowed temperature range. This heat sink is used as a supplemental means of transferring heat to another dissipation system like heat sinks, fans, and heat pipes.
