ScioSense ENS220 Barometric Pressure & Temp Sensor w/1kHz DR
ScioSense ENS220 Barometric Pressure and Temperature Sensor with 1kHz data rate is housed in a small LGA package with digital I2C and SPI interfaces. The ENS220 package allows for use cases in activity tracking, indoor navigation/localization, and fall-/liquid-level detection.
The ScioSense ENS220 features a capacitive pressure sensor integrated into a CMOS ASIC. This single-die solution permits small form factor packages with excellent immunity to changes in environmental conditions and achieves ultra-low current consumption due to the capacitive read-out. High intrinsic pressure sensitivity combined with an ultra-low noise 24-bit ADC converter produces unprecedented low-pressure noise. The integrated temperature sensor matches the performance of dedicated temperature measurement devices. The device guarantees a stable, temperature-compensated pressure output with a fast response time. The highly accurate pressure reading and the short conversion time make the ENS220 ideal for height measurements with a high output data rate and bandwidth.
