Rosenberger NEX10® RF Coaxial Connector System

Rosenberger NEX10® RF Coaxial Connector System includes connectors and adapters that are designed to meet the existing and future demands of small cell and 5G networks. This miniature low Passive Inter-Modulation (PIM) connector system includes in-series or between-series adapters, jacks (square flange or bulkhead), and plugs (straight or right angle). The NEX10 interface offers very low PIM performance with robust design and compact size. These connectors feature a small size with a minimum flange height of 12.7mm, allowing compact and lightweight modules.

The NEX10 connectors feature separation of electrical contact from the mechanical reference. This yields a low PIM and high RL performance regardless of the coupling mechanism or applied torque. These connectors offer two possible mechanical connections (screw type and push-pull) that provide flexibility during installation.

Between-Series/In-Series Adapters

Rosenberger NEX10® RF Coaxial Connector System

Between Series RF Adapters connect RPC-3.50 plug to NEX10 jack, NEX10 jack to SMA jack, NEX10 plug to SMA jack, and so on. The 89K101-K00N1 In-series RF adapter connects NEX10 jack to NEX10 jack and 89S101-S00N1 In-series adapter connects NEX10 plug to NEX10 plug.

Rosenberger 89W000-001 NEX10 Torque Wrench is pre-set at the factory to the desired value within a ±4% tolerance. This torque wrench produces a distinct click which can be felt and heard when preset torque value is achieved. This is followed by a sudden release into several degrees of free movement. The 89W000-001 torque wrench is ideal for applications in which one torque value is used extensively.
