ROHM Semiconductor RBS5LAM40A Schottky Barrier Diode is a super-low VF type diode that offers high reliability in a PMDTM (SOD-128) package. This small power mold type diode exhibits a silicon epitaxial planar structure. The RBS5LAM40A Schottky diode features 20V reverse direct voltage (VR), 80A peak surge current (IFSM), and 5A rectified forward current (IO). This diode operates at -55°C to 125°C temperature range. The RBS5LAM40A Schottky diode is ideal for use in general rectification.
