Renesas Electronics RX100 32-bit Microcontrollers (MCUs) encompasses the RX Family's entry-level 32-bit MCUs and extends the advanced RX architecture to the lowest power and cost points. The RX100 MCUs are ideal for applications that need a balance of the widest set of peripherals, highest performance, and optimal system cost. The RX100 MCUs feature true low power and cutting-edge peripherals like capacitive touch and LCD drive capability, as well as fast wake-up, zero wait-state flash, DSP capabilities, and multiple safety functions. These MCUs also offer integrated USB 2.0 host, device, and OTG support.
The RX100 MCUs provides a combination of ultra-low power consumption, on-chip connectivity, and extensive DSP library. These MCUs also offer superior performance at an attractive price ideally suited for 32-bit embedded applications. These devices consume only 350nA in sleep mode and snap into full operation in just 4.8µs. The RX100 MCUs come with flash memory size ranges from 8KB to 512KB. These MCUs are available in compact and low pin-count packages ranging from 36-pins to 100-pins and are ideal for space constrained applications.
