Renesas Electronics RTP100ExxxG1FL Evaluation Boards
Renesas Electronics RTP100ExxxG1FL Evaluation Boards demonstrate 48V-to-12V buck conversion implementing the 100V e-mode REXGaN FET portfolio. The boards are based on the RTP100E2P6G1FL and RTP100E005G1FL devices. The platforms support power levels from 240W to 360W and switching frequencies from 250kHz to 1MHz, depending on the board.
The Renesas RTP100ExxxG1FL Evaluation Boards help designers assess high-frequency operation, conversion efficiency, output-current capability, and thermal performance in 48V power architectures. Each layout uses the RR962200 controller and a selected FCLGA-packaged REXGaN device. The boards target intermediate bus converters for AI servers, telecom equipment, synchronous rectification, DC/DC converters, 48V motor drives, robotics, solar systems, and energy storage systems.
