Renesas Electronics RA6T1 32-Bit Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA6T1 32-Bit Microcontrollers (MCUs) come with multiple series of software- and pin-compatible Arm®-based 32-bit cores. These cores share a common set of Renesas peripherals to facilitate design scalability and efficient platform-based product development. The RA6T1 MCUs incorporate a high-performance Arm Cortex®-M4 core running up to 120MHz with up to 512KB code flash memory and 64KB SRAM. These MCUs incorporate security and safety features, a 12-bit A/D Converter (ADC12), a 12-bit D/A Converter (DAC12), and analog peripherals. The RA6T1 MCUs offer two operating modes such as single-chip mode and SCI boot mode.

The Renesas Electronics RA6T1 32-BitMCUs are available in LQFP-64 and LQFP-100 packages and feature a wide -40°C to +105°C operating temperature range.
