Qorvo QPF5012 8.5-10.5GHz 10W Transmit/Receive Module
Qorvo QPF5012 8.5GHz to 10.5GHz 10W Transmit/Receive Module is a multi-die front-end module (FEM) designed for 8.5GHz to 10.5GHz X-Band applications. The FEM integrates the T/R switch, limiter, low-noise amplifier, and power amplifier. The transmit power is 10W saturated with 40% PAE, and the transmitter's large-signal gain is 20.5dB. The receiver's small signal gain is 23dB, with a receiver noise figure of 2.2dB.
The multi-die FEM offers optimal semiconductor technology for each functional block, maximizing performance in challenging radar applications. The power amplifier and T/R switch are GaN-on-SiC, while the limiter and LNA are GaAs. The device is in a 7.0mm x 5.0mm plastic over-mold QFN package.
