Qorvo QPC4614 75Ω 5 −2000MHz Digital Step Attenuator (DSA) features high linearity over the entire 31.5dB gain control range in 0.5dB steps and has a low insertion loss of 1.2dB at 1GHz. The QPC4614 features three modes of control: serial, latched parallel, and direct parallel programming. Patented circuit architecture provides overshoot-free transient switching performance. Qorvo QPC4614 is available in a 20-pin 4mm x 4mm QFN package.
