Qorvo QPC2110 X-Band SOI 6-Bit Phase Shifters

Qorvo QPC2110 X-Band SOI 6-Bit Phase Shifters operate over an 8GHz to 11.5GHz range while providing 360° phase coverage with an LSB of 5.625°. QPC2110 features <3° RMS phase error and <0.4dB amplitude error over the operational band. These phase shifters deliver superior performance in X-band phased array and communication applications. Housed in a small 2mm² plastic overmold QFN package, the QPC2110 supports ease of use for simple integration with the DC blocked on both ports with the bi-directional operation and positive-only control logic. Low DC power consumption provides flexibility in the overall system power management.
