Qorvo QPA9831 CATV Hybrid Push-Pull Amplifier operates from 45MHz to 1218MHz and delivers a 23dB gain. The QPA9831 employs GaAs MESFET, GaAs pHEMT, and GaN HEMT die. This device provides excellent linearity and superior return loss performance with low noise, exceptional reliability, and extremely low distortion. The QPA9831 is optimized for DOCSIS 3.1 applications and 1.2GHz CATV amplifier systems.

The Qorvo QPA9831 CATV Hybrid Push-Pull Amplifier is available in a SOT-115J package and is Halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant.
