Qorvo QPA9122M High Linearity Driver Amplifiers

Qorvo QPA9122M High Linearity Driver Amplifiers offer 36.5dB gain at 2.6GHz and achieves a peak power of 27dBm P3dB. The QPA9122M has excellent DPD linearity performance with wideband signals of up to 200MHz wide 5G NR signals, ideal for m-MIMO applications.

The Qorvo QPA9122M High Linearity Driver Amplifiers are internally matched to 50Ω over the entire operating frequency band of 2.3GHz - 5.0GHz and incorporates a shut-down function through the VPD pin. Furthermore, the QPA9122M features external bias control capability for linearity optimization.

The QPA9122M is available in a 16-pin 3mm x 3mm SMT package and is footprint and pin-compatible to the QPA9120, QPA9121, and QPA9122.
