Qorvo QPA2966D 2 - 20GHz 20W GaN Amplifier is a wideband power amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's QGaN15 GaN on SiC process. The QPA2966D operates from 2 to 20GHz, providing > 20W of saturated power. The Qorvo QPA2966D is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure compliance to electrical specifications. The device is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
