Qorvo QPA1725 20W GaN Power Amplifier

Qorvo QPA1725 20W GaN Power Amplifier is a high-power, packaged Ku-Band MMIC amplifier fabricated using Qorvo's production 0.15 um GaN-on-SiC process (QGaN15). The QPA1725 targets the 17.3GHz to 21.2GHz Satcom band while providing 10W of linear power with third-order intermodulation distortion products of 20dBc. Furthermore, the QPA1725 can deliver output powers up to 20W with 33dB of small-signal gain and 25% power-added efficiency.

The QPA1725 also has an integrated power detector to support system diagnostics and other needs. It is fully matched to 50Ω with DC-grounded I/O ports for optimum ESD performance to simplify system integration. The QPA1725 is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance with electrical specifications. The Qorvo QPA172520W is lead-free and RoHS-compliant.
