Qorvo K-/KU-Band 4x2 Tx/Rx Beamformer ICs

Qorvo K-/KU-Band 4x2 Tx/Rx Beamformer ICs are highly integrated silicon quad-core ICs developed for satellite communications applications. The devices feature four dual-polarization radiating elements, offering complete polarization flexibility. The ICs operate on a +1.2V supply and is housed in a WLCSP for easy integration in planar phased array antennas. The devices improve upon previous generations, enhancing performance, decreasing costs, and providing a host of digital functionalities that simplify active antenna design. Qorvo K-/KU-Band 4x2 Tx/Rx Beamformer ICs enable active antenna SATCOM ground terminals that can auto-align and auto-position, supporting SATCOM-on-the-move utilizing LEO/MEO/GEO satellites.
