EPCOS / TDK B725x Multilayer Varistors

EPCOS / TDK B725x Multilayer Varistors are AEC-Q200 compliant and offer reliable ESD protection up to 30kV per IEC 61000-4-2 standards. These varistors feature low leakage current, high lifetime robustness, high energy absorption capability, and no temperature derating up to +125°C. They can handle surge currents from 5A to 400A for 8/20μs pulses while maintaining a leakage current of 1μA to 25μA at the rated DC voltage and room temperature. Specifications for the B725x varistors include a 0603 to 1210 case size range, 32VDC voltage rating, 10pF capacitance, and a <0.5ns response time.
