Panasonic Industry EZJZ & EZJP Multilayer Varistors for ESD Pulse
Panasonic Industry EZJZ and EZJP Multilayer Varistors for ESD Pulse are AEC-Q200 qualified and offer excellent ESD suppression through the use of original advanced material technology. These devices provide excellent electrostatic resistance, meeting IEC 61000-4-2 and ISO 10605 requirements. The varistors feature lead-free plating terminal electrodes that enable great solderability. Panasonic EZJZ and EZJP Multilayer Varistors can replace two Zener diodes and one capacitor. The EZJZ series includes varistors with low capacitance for high-speed signal lines and RF antennas. The EZJP series features low-voltage varistors for general circuits.
