onsemi RSL15 BLUETOOTH® 5.2 Wireless MCUs
onsemi RSL15 BLUETOOTH® 5.2 Wireless MCUs are ultra-low power, secure, high-performance flash-based Bluetooth Low Energy 5.2 microcontrollers. The RSL15 features an angle of arrival/angle of departure localization, along with extended sensor interfacing. In addition, the device offers a coded PHY for extra long-range capabilities and firmware over the air (FOTA) to support in-field products with features, bug fixes, and security updates. The onsemi Wireless MCUs provide two versions, a 284kB Flash version, and a 512kB Flash version, both in a QFN40 package.
