onsemi NSR0170 Schottky Barrier Diodes are ultra-low forward voltage drop devices designed for high-efficiency switching and rectification in compact electronic systems. With a forward voltage as low as 0.34V at 10mA and a maximum reverse voltage of 70V, the diodes offer excellent performance in low-voltage, high-frequency applications.
