onsemi NCT75 Temperature Sensor

onsemi NCT75 Two-Wire Programmable Temperature Sensor features internal registers accessed via the SMBus/I2C interface. This access allows for current temperature reading, changes to configuration settings, and adjustment to temperature limits. An open-drain over-temperature/interrupt output pin, operated in either comparator or interrupt mode, signals out-of-limit conditions. NCT75 features a high-resolution 12-bit analog-to-digital converter and a shut-down mode to conserve power.
