onsemi FUSB307B USB Type-C™ Port Controller with USB-PD
onsemi FUSB307B USB Type-C™ Port Controller with USB-PD is designed to enable application implementation featuring up to four USB Type-C ports with USB-PD (USB Power Delivery) capabilities. The FUSB307B USB Controller provides integrated Type-C Rev 1.3 detection circuitry enabling manual attach/detach detection. Time-critical Power Delivery functionality is handled autonomously, offloading the μProcessor or Type-C Port Manager (TCPM). The FUSB307B USB Type-C Port Controller is compliant with the USB Type-C Port Controller Interface (TCPCi) specification and offers a standardized single- or multi-port interface with Type-C Port Manager (TCPM).The FUSB307B USB Type-C Port Controller is offered in a compact, 3mm x 3mm WQFN16 package. The device is available with both standard -40°C to +85°C (FUSB307BMPX) and extended automotive -40°C to +105°C (FUSB307BVMPX) operating temperature ranges.
