onsemi EVBUM2878G-EVB Evaluation Board

onsemi EVBUM2878G-EVB Evaluation Board is designed for evaluating 1200V M3S full-bridge 4-PACK modules in the F2 package. The onsemi EVBUM2878G-EVB board enables double pulse switching tests and open-loop power tests for full-bridge modules, supporting models NXH011F120M3F2PTHG and NXH007F120M3F2PTHG. The board can be connected to an external controller to provide PWM inputs and manage fault signals, ensuring seamless testing and evaluation of module performance.
