Nisshinbo NJG1182UX2 Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA)

Nisshinbo NJG1182UX2 Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) employs a bypass switch for 5GHz applications such as LTE-U/LAA in a 4900MHz to 5950MHz frequency range. Nisshinbo NJG1182UX2 LNA allows users to select LNA active mode or bypass mode using a low control voltage. Nisshinbo NJG1182UX2 LNA achieves a low noise figure and high linearity and features an integrated ESD protection device on each port that achieves excellent ESD robustness. This NJG1182UX2 low-noise amplifier comes in a very small and ultra-thin EPFFP6-X2 package. Typical applications include LTE-U/LAA receive applications, WiMAX 5GHz receive applications, WLAN 5GHz receive applications, RF front-end modules, and data cards.
