Nisshinbo R3500S Series 4-Channel Window Voltage Detectors

Nisshinbo R3500S Series 4-Channel Window Voltage Detectors offer a manual reset function ideal for systems requiring functional safety. The R3500S Series features a 3.0V to 42.0V operating voltage range and a supply current of 10µA typical.

The Nisshinbo R3500S Series is designed to monitor over- and under-voltage from the multiple power supplies to SoCs. Additionally, the device monitors memories and sensors to supervise the system operating at normal voltage continuously.
