Nisshinbo R3160N Voltage Detectors

Nisshinbo R3160N Voltage Detectors are 60V input voltage detectors with high detector threshold accuracy and low supply current. These devices offer direct monitoring of a 24V/48V battery voltage and can be used for an early warning of a low-voltage battery state. The R3160N voltage detectors provide a wide-range detector threshold of 10V to 48V and a high accuracy of ±1.5% to ±1.75%. These detectors are AEC-Q100 grade 1 devices that come in a small SOT-23-6 package. The R3160N voltage detectors are ideally used as a voltage supervisor for the in-vehicle batteries.
