Nexperia NEX92x30-Q100 Dual-Channel Antenna LDO Regulators

Nexperia NEX92x30-Q100 Dual-Channel Antenna Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators are high-voltage devices with current sensing, designed to operate over a wide voltage range from 4V to 40V (45V load-dump protection). The Nexperia NEX92x30-Q100 regulators provide power for low-noise amplifiers with an active antenna via a coaxial cable, delivering 300mA per channel. The devices provide an adjustable output voltage of 1.5V to 20V per channel.

The NEX92x30-Q100 regulators provide diagnostics via current-sensing and error pins. To monitor the load current, a high-side current-sense circuit provides a proportional analog output to the sensed load current. Accurate current sensing enables detection of open, normal, and short-circuit conditions without requiring additional calibration. Current-sensing multiplexing between channels conserves analog-to-digital converter (ADC) resources. Each channel also implements adjustable current limits with an external resistor.

These Nexperia devices integrate short-circuit, overcurrent, thermal shutdown, short-to-battery, and reverse-current protections. Each channel features internal inductive clamp protection on the output during inductive switch-off. Packaged in an HTSSOP16 package, the regulators can operate at ambient temperatures from -40°C to +125°C and junction temperatures from -40°C to +150°C.
