Murata SCC400T Series Gyroscopes & IMUs
Murata SCC400T Series Gyroscopes and Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) feature a ±300°/s X- or X/Z-axis angular rate measurement range, digital SPI interface, and 3V to 3.6V supply voltage. The series includes the SCC433T-K03 XZ gyroscope and XYZ accelerometer and the SCR410T-K03 X gyroscope. The SCC433T-K03 is a combined high-performance angular rate and accelerometer sensor component based on Murata's capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Signal processing is accomplished in one mixed signal ASIC that offers angular rate and acceleration output via the flexible interface. The SCR410T-K03 is a high-performance angular rate sensor component based on the same technology.Murata SCC400T Series Gyroscopes and IMUs package the sensor elements and ASIC to an overmolded SOIC-16W plastic housing for reliable operation over the product's lifetime. This robust package is also suitable for lead-free soldering processes and SMD mounting. The SCC400T series is ideal for applications requiring high stability in harsh environments.
