Murata Electronics PKGM-210D-R Vibration Sensor Device integrates a driver circuit into a small package that detects vibrations up to 20kHz, the upper limit of the audible range. This design enables the detection of subtle high-frequency abnormal vibrations that were previously only detectable by human hearing. By detecting high-frequency vibrations, the PKGM-210D-R detects abnormalities before abnormal noises occur or excess heat is generated, supporting the early prediction of equipment issues. This helps reduce downtime, extend component life, optimize maintenance timing, and minimize excess inventory.
