Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVKT-MP2667 Evaluation Kits
Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVKT-MP2667 Evaluation Kits are designed to evaluate MP2667 single-cell Li-ion/Li-polymer battery chargers with a system power path management function. These kits feature a default preset function for charger mode and provide a preset of 4.2V of charge full voltage for a single-cell Li-ion battery. The EVKT-MP2667 kit operates at a 4.35V to 5.5V input voltage range and 26mA to 1049mA charge current range. This MPS kit contains an EV2667-G-00A evaluation board and an EVKT-USBI2C-02 communication interface device. The EVKT-MP2667 evaluation kit features battery temperature monitoring, a programmable timer, and an on-chip thermal limiting regulation.The EV2667-G-00A evaluation board is a highly integrated single-cell Li-ion/Li-polymer battery charger that provides system power path management for space-limited portable applications.
The EVKT-USBI2C-02 is an evaluation kit that provides the USB to I2C port as well as PMBus capabilities. This kit is designed to work with MPS I2C and PMBus products, Virtual Bench Pro, and I2C GUI tools.
