Melexis MLX91224 & MLX91225 Current Sensor ICs

Melexis MLX91224 and MLX91225 Current Sensor ICs are versatile, plug-and-play, isolated current-sensing platforms designed for automotive electrification and industrial power systems. The integration of a low-impedance primary conductor, Hall-sensing elements, and galvanic isolation in a standard SOIC footprint enables these ICs to eliminate Ohmic losses, bulky external magnetic cores, and intricate end-of-line calibration. These platforms simplify functional safety integration in high-voltage powertrains and safety-critical motor drives, and the dual differential Hall-sensing architecture offers excellent immunity to stray magnetic fields and a fast 400kHz bandwidth. Melexis MLX91224 and MLX91225 Current Sensor ICs are suitable for electric drives, solar, power supplies, data-mining power distribution units (PDUs), and demand/load control applications.
