Micro Commercial Components (MCC) SMLJxQ Auto-Grade TVS Diodes are designed to offer high performance and reliability in a compact SMC package. These diodes offer substantial 3000W peak pulse power in a 5V to 85V voltage range. The SMLJxQ TVS diodes operate at junction temperature up to 175°C. These diodes feature excellent clamping capability and 15°C/W typical thermal resistance junction to lead. The SMLJxQ TVS diodes are available in unidirectional and bidirectional configurations. These diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified, lead-free, and halogen-free. The SMLJxQ TVS diodes are used in applications such as automotive headlights, in-car entertainment, navigation units, Engine Control Units (ECUs), Transmission Control Units (TCUs), and collision avoidance systems.
