KYOCERA AVX 9176 Gas-Tight Wire-to-Board IDC Connectors
KYOCERA AVX 9176 Gas-Tight Wire-to-Board Insulation Displacement Connectors (IDC) are specially designed to connect individual 18AWG to 14AWG wires directly to a PCB in harsh automotive and industrial applications. This contact system is tested to automotive levels of shock, vibration, and temperature cycling to prove its reliability and robustness. The simplicity of inserting a wire into an SMT contact with a small tool or optional retention / termination cap allows a wide range of devices to be connected to the PCB without soldering.
