IXYS Mxx501 Dual Thyristor Modules

IXYS Mxx501 Dual Thyristor Modules utilize full pressure contact construction for maximum reliability and performance at the rated current. This series offers repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) and repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) from 1200V to 1800V. Other features are -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range, 503A maximum average on-state current (TC = +85°C), and 1195A nominal RMS on-state current (TC = +55°C).
