IXYS Dx Series Automotive Silicon Rectifiers

IXYS Dx Series Automotive Silicon Rectifiers are designed to meet the rigorous demands of automotive applications. These IXYS rectifiers feature glass-passivated junctions, ensuring stable operation and high reliability. Available in compact SOD-123FL packages, the rectifiers are ideal for automated assembly processes. The series includes variants like the DxxX7, Dxx01, and Dxx02, which offer reverse leakage currents as low as 10μA at +25°C and forward voltages up to 1.1V. These rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified, making them suitable for automotive reverse battery protection and DC-DC converters. Additionally, the components support high surge currents and operate efficiently across a wide temperature range, from -55°C to +150°C.
