IQD IQXO-540 AUTO Crystal Clock Oscillators
IQD IQXO-540 AUTO Crystal Clock Oscillators feature an ultra-miniature, 2.0mm x 1.6mm x 0.8mm, ceramic sealed package and are ideal for industrial and automotive applications. The AEC-Q200 qualified IQXO-540 AUTO components are available in a frequency range of 4.0MHz to 50MHz and operates at 3.3V. The oscillators feature stabilities down to ±25ppm within -40°C to +85°C or ±50ppm over the extended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
