Infineon Technologies REF_5QR2280BG-1_24W1 Reference Board is designed to offer seamless operation under 85VAC to 300VAC input voltage range and 50Hz/60Hz frequency. This board features the CoolSET™ 5th generation quasi-resonant plus ICE5QR2280BG-1 with 800V integrated MOSFET. The REF_5QR2280BG-1_24W1 board features programmable burst mode and digital frequency reduction. This reference board delivers 24W maximum Pout and is available in 110mm x 66mm x 27mm dimensions.
