Infineon Technologies EconoPACK™3 TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT 7 Modules
Infineon Technologies EconoPACK™ 3 TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT 7 Modules are combined with CoolSiC™ Schottky diodes (F3L400R10N3S7F_C1 and F3L500R12N3H7F_B66) and emitter‑controlled 7 diodes (F3L500R12N3H7_B66 and F3L600R10N3S7F). These modules feature 950V and 1200V collector-emitter voltage, high power density, and low switching losses. The EconoPACK™ 3 modules are made up of a copper base plate and 3.2kV AC 1-minute insulation. These modules are fully qualified to IEC industrial standards (IEC 60747, 60749, and 60068). The EconoPACK™ 3 modules are ideal for solar applications, three-level applications, and Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
