Infineon Technologies CoolMOS™ 8 SJ MOSFETs
Infineon Technologies CoolMOS™ 8 Super Junction (SJ) MOSFETs are high-voltage super-junction MOSFET technology solutions. The devices feature an integrated fast body diode and are ideal for a wide range of applications. These MOSFETs complement Infineon's CoolSiC and CoolGaN wide-bandgap portfolio as the successor to the 600V CoolMOS 7 MOSFET family. The CoolMOS 8 SJ MOSFETs offer excellent RDS(on), low ringing tendency, ease of use, and advanced interconnect technology.
