Infineon's portfolio of automotive-qualified OptiMOS™ power MOSFETs is offered in diversified packages and range from 30V to 300V with RDS(on) down to 0.55mΩ.
The portfolio starts with a small S3O8 (3mm x 3mm) and continues to the SSO8 (5mm x 6mm) packages in either single, dual, or a half-bridge configuration. Furthermore, higher power density is offered in the standard single sTOLL (7mm x 8mm) or even more in the 10mm x 12mm TOLL or 10mm x 15mm TOLT (top side cooled) or TOLG (with Gullwing) package (see Package Styles).
