Infineon Technologies 2ED020I12FA Evaluation Kit is used to show the functionalities and key features of the Infineon IGBT gate driver 2ED020I12-F2. The board is available from Infineon in sampling quantities. The EVAL_2ED020I12-F2 contains an Infineon IGBT gate half-bridge driver 2ED020I12-F2 and twoInfineon IGBTs IKP20N60H3.
